NOTE:
The below prices are not valid during Christmas/New Year period, May Holiday Long Weekend, Corpus Christi and Easter.
All included in the price of stay free of charge are: the fully handicapped accessible room and board the access to the downstairs common kitchen and entertainment room, Wi-Fi, secure parking lot behind the gated fence and all attractions located in the garden. The attractions located in the garden include: a children playground, an outdoor heated swimming pool, two fire pits for small campfires, a decorative gazebo with wooden-carved picnic tables, a grill, a granite water fountain and a trampoline.
The access to our new multimedia conference room is NOT included in the price of stay and must be booked separately.

Additional Information:
- Children younger than 3 years old stay at our villa for free
- Children between 3 and 12 years old receive the discount:
- 30 zloty/night in 3-person room
- 40 zloty/night in 4-person studio
- The set of 3 towels is 10 zloty extra
- An additional folded single bed is 20 zloty extra per day
- An additional bed for a child under the age of 3 is 10 zloty extra per day
- The “check in” time starts at 3 pm and the “check out” time ends at 12 pm the following day
- The payment is required immediately upon arrival at our villa
- The charge for a single-night stay is additional 30%
- The parking lot is monitored by the security cameras at all times, but not guarded
- Pets are not welcome. Sorry!
- The additional taxes are due for each night according to the current rates
- The down-payment is not refundable
